Juice Cleanses by Intelligent Gourmet

A smart choice in every sip.

Balanced by the bottle

Drinking cold juice is a wholesome and convenient way to replenish and refuel your body with nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables. Adding fresh juices to your existing wellness routine can help supplement your diet with a vitamin and mineral boost. If you're looking for a full-body detox and reset, a juice cleanse is an excellent way to bring your body's internal systems back in balance.

Our juices are bursting with RAW nutrient-dense ingredients; all cold-pressed in order to lovingly squeeze out every last drop of goodness. Each juice is formulated with specific health benefits in mind, such as anti-inflammation, detoxing, immunity-boosting, and whole-body cleansing. We designed our Juices to help balance your body with each bottle, and support your body and mind for optimal performance.

How our Juice Cleanses Work

Our juice cleanses include 6 juices per day. We offer 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7-day cleanses. Each juice will be numbered 1-6. Within each number group, there are 2-3 juice options, each with its own unique recipe and health benefits.

On the morning when you are starting your cleanse, start with a juice labeled with a #1, then drink each consecutive juice, spacing them out by 2-3 hours, throughout your day.

Be sure to also drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

If you are doing a multi-day cleanse, and there are multiple options for each number, it doesn’t matter which option you choose so long as you drink 1 of each number, in order, spaced evenly throughout your day.

Juice Cleanse FAQ's

You may be tempted to eat a heavy meal the night or days leading up to your cleanse. Although you certainly can do that, you’ll have a better juice cleanse experience if you ease your body into it. That can mean eating meals that avoid highly processed foods, added sugars, or alcohol.

To avoid shocking your digestive system, we advise that you reach for smoothies, fresh greens, healthy plant-based meals, and healthy fats when you reintroduce food to your diet. Again, avoid heavily processed foods and simple sugars.

Always listen to your body. We would never recommend that you starve yourself if you’re truly hungry. It’s natural to feel hungry during a cleanse because we’re used to that density in our food. We recommend you take a moment to consider if what you’re feeling is a desire to eat out of habit, or if your body is actually hungry. If you need to eat, then eat! Broth-based (not cream-based) soups, nuts, plant-based milks, and fresh fruit and veggies are great options that are easy on your digestion when you’re doing a cleanse.

The caffeine in coffee can increase your chances of being dehydrated during a cleanse. So if you do drink coffee, we recommend you drink more water to keep your hydration up, and take it black, or with a splash of plant-based milks. To get the full benefits of your cleanse, we recommend taking a break from alcohol entirely. Alcohol can hinder the functions and efficiency of your kidneys and liver.

Yes! It’s always good to move your body, but remember to take it easy. Stick to light-medium exercise and avoid putting your body through any extreme activities. As always. Remember to listen to your body.
