We use quality lean proteins, low-glycemic carbs and "clean" fats to give you long-lasting energy and reduce food cravings. We don't believe calories and carbs are bad - we just think they need to be balanced to help you look fantastic and feel energetic all day long. We look for locally grown produce and fresh organic herbs to incorporate into our dishes, and we make our food fresh on the day you get it - never frozen, and always from scratch. It tastes better that way!
